What to expect from each course?

This course includes but not limited to: PRACTICAL STEPS TO AVOID LOSSES AT THE CCMA. Why the investigation and drafting of your charges is critical – some practical steps to take. Why the hearing procedure and the evidence presented should be consistent & match the charges. Why and how the chairperson should be able to explain his/her decision. The importance of consistent witnesses and evidence at the CCMA/Bargaining Councils.
